Well the weather outside is frightful.............

Mother nature has dumped quite a load of snow in the Washington, D.C. area.  This is a picture of our deck.  Our last measurement was very close to 24 inches here in Southern Maryland.  It is still coming down fast and thick!  Needless to say I can only imagine being stuck in this house for the next three to four days-it will take that long just to dig us out.  A great neighbor of ours came to the rescue and plowed our driveway today so it is off to baking some chocolate chip cookies for him.  I am headed down to the dungeon to create some kind of a wintery thank you card for him as well so I will share just as soon as I have completed it.  Stay warm and try to create something with your heart!  Here is my quote for today:

“Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun.” — Mary Lou Cook
